Hi.
I thought I might drop in an suggest that e-mails are replied to a lot quicker than they are right now. Telephone services are excellent and the talk to a LIVE rep work great too! In fact I was shocked anyone was around at 5:30 AM, but I got 2 people on the line which was great. But please the e-mails are important as I was directed there after a question could not be answered by the rep I was speaking with. Chipfryer |

Considering that I just got a reply in less than 5 minutes, I'd say the e-mail support is about as good as you can ask for. Sure they are slow sometimes, but they may have many tickets. I have never had a problem with e-mail support.

Same here. Email replies have always been very quick. Odds are that you are more likely to have issues with chat support than email.
