I have been getting complaints from my customers now for several weeks. Now I am getting the same problem. I am TOTALLY UNABLE to receive E-Mail from outside sources. Here is the error I am getting back when trying to send myself a TEST MESSAGE;
503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA
Support keeps saying they are working on it but I am not seeing no results. E-Mail is a BASIC FUNCTION I require. I need some answers !!!!
Overall, it seems support has gone downhill as of recently. I have been a customer for over 2 years & now I am getting NO SUPPORT, PROBLEMS & no answers. I am just about ready to start shopping for a new host if things dont get resolved. I hate doing this because of the work involved, but I have to have RELIABLE SERVICE !!!!
