The latest from the datacenter is.....


"Currently, our network admins are scanning through all logs and information to find the exact cause of the problem that occurred this AM. Once we have all information, we will post accordingly. "


So as of now the exect problem isn't known. We plan on doing the next post at 8 eastern time with the latest news.

"As many of you know, this morning we experienced a network outage affecting the internal network. This issue was isolated to the LAN (inside) FastEthernet blade of our core Cisco 6506 switch, unfortunately causing connectivity problems from that point forward; the switch itself did not go down, as many of you might have noticed the second to last hop responding (.243) during this issue. We are working to prevent an issue like this from happening again in the immediate future, as we aim to maintain quality service and connectivity. "


Was the final word from the datacenter. They are doing a complete redesign of the network once completed even these rare outages should become somewhat extinct. Thanks for your patience everyone.
