Default Double charged invoices from 11/02

Early this week we discovered that over the past weekend the billing system charged most invoices generated on 11/02 two times. This was caused from the cron being scheduled very early in the day and daylight savings time switching over, so the cron ran two times.

We generated a list of everyone affected by this and have refunded everyone of the duplicate charge. The last part of this list was refunded yesterday evening, so this should reflect on everyone's credit card statement within a few business days.

We apologize for any inconveniences and have since modified our billing system to avoid this happening in the future.
