Dont kNow What To Start With

HI ,
i live an India and i am willing to host a forum which sharing of all the warez , porn videos , mp3's etc..

but i dont know where to start with simply !!!!

i want to build it on ipb board with a areputation system in it for every members as members like to raise there reputation !!!! it attracts them !!!

but honstly i do know a little html , nothing much

so can anyone suggest me step by step where to start with like !!!

first i have to take server or what ?? then i have to buy that then i have to install that ??? labla!!!!

looking for the help glad if you would help!!!

We do not allow warez, so you would most likely not want to host this forum with us.

If you want to host your IPB Forum here at HostGator (with the stuff allowed) you:
1) sign up for a hosting plan. Make your choice here, depending on the amount of diskspace/bandwidth/etc you require. You'll also need the buy a domainname if you don't already have it.
2) Your account will be set up. You will receive the info needed to access your account.
3) From now on, you can install your IPB Forum, configure email, and all other stuff through cPanel.

That are the basics for setting up your account and website.
You need to install IPB and customize it, so it would be a good idea to learn at least some HTML basics.
