Domain transfer error

Hey,

One year ago I registerred my domain+hosting at One.com. They use joker.com to register the domain in my name. I am trying to transfer the domain to registryrocket and link it to my acc at HG, but it isn't working!

I receive an authid from one.com and try to initiate the transfer at hostgator.com/domains, but I keep getting emails saying that the authid is incorrect. When I tell it to One.com, all I get is a new authid which doesn't work (I received 4 new authids so far). What should I do? One.com is trying to help me but all they do is send me a new authid and I know for sure that the next authid will not work either.

Is there any more I can do? Can Hostgator help me in this case, should I contact joker.com, etc? What could be the underlying problem?
