A short while ago I tried to register a second domain through cpanel on my first site. After going through Registry Rocket and filling out my purchase info and clicking to confirm, I received an error message, revealing that I had forgotten to put the correct card expiration date.
No problem, I thought, correcting this and clickign again. This time, I received a different error. But in the corner my email popped up, notifying me that I'd received a payment confirmation email from PayPal. Sure enough, I'd been charged my $15. Yet I am unable to log in using the information I used, and when I check the domain, it still shows itself as available for purchase. Any help at all with this would be great. |

You should put in a ticket about this, since this is primarily a peer-to-peer forum.
