All of my accounts are currently registered with Network Solutions... but their fees seem excessive.
Can I move my domains to tha HG is the registrar and what is the annual fee from HG for being the registrar? What is the degree of difficulty of moving from NetSol to HG and what procedures/forms etc. do I need to do this? Thanks very much Tom |

Hi!
If you are still up, hop on to hostgator.com, and click on 'Live Chat' in the top right. Speak to one the the agents, and they will get you all of the information that you need to do this. |

In addition, for those wishing to transfer domain registration over, please kindly note that the domains must be unlocked at the old registrar and you would need an Authorization Code / Key / EPP Key from them which helps authorize the transfer. If they ask you for an IPS Tag, it is ENOM.
Then you would fill out the Transfer a Domain Name form via http://www.hostgator.com/domains (this lists the prices and the final price paid would include a 1-year or 2-year extension of the domain registration, depending on the type of domain). NOTE: If you are a new client within the last 30 days and wish to transfer your primary domain registration over, please visit LiveChat and let us know so we can get you an alternate form for the 1 Free Domain Registrar transfer you qualify for as a new account holder. ![]() Have a great day and welcome to Hostgator!

Personaly I would recommend you to go directly with a specialised registrar like godaddy. Nothing wrong with hostgator, but anICANN accredited registar would be a good option. Network Solutions is obviously overpriced. No point in spending extra money for domain registration, which is going to be same even if you spend $7 or $17.
