For Swamp, the domain allowed is TWO, what does it mean, does it mean I can host two sites for example: www.site1.com and www.site2.com?

If I need to upgrade to higher plan in the middle, how you calculate the billing?

I just upgraded from Baby to Swamp to host two of my domains so I can help you here.

Yes you can have two seperate domains, domain1 and domain2.
The billing is not done per domain but for the whole package (Swamp).
The package is not setup with two different cpanels or accounts though.
Everything will be under one account, domain1.
Then when you add your second domain it is actually a subdomain of domain1 but with the DNS pointers to the outside world it looks like a seperate domain (which it still is).
When you open your cpanel it would be under domain1 and everything for domain2 would show as a subdirectory of domain1.
Bandwidth and space for domain1 and domain2 are shared.
Therefore the billing for bandwidth and space is basically all calculated with the package as bandwidth and space for domain2 are added up under domain1.
This is good (at least for me right now) as I can have as much or as little space as needed under either domain. If the package was two seperate partitions, say 2 GB each, and domain1 needed 3 GB the other 500 MB, I would have to upgrade the 3 GB domain1 instead of being able to use the 1.5 GB left over from domain2.

Therefore if you had to upgrade to Queen all bandwidth and space would be shared and domain3 would be a subdirectory of domain1

Hope that isn't to confusing and helps you out.

It's a seperate email account. From the cpanel you pick what name you want then you have your choice of @domain1 or @domain2 so you could have support @domain1 and support@domain2. The accounts are accessed seperately (if using pop3/another email program) one would be mail.domain1 the other mail.domain2. You can have different passwords if you are hosting domain2 for someone else.
