Hello,
I submit the cancellation and didn't get any response. When I told to the support. He just put long text asking me to change other plan. However, I moved my site already to VPS. YOu don't have VPS. And the support just told me to spend email to *EDITED BY FORD*. I send email 3 times. However, didn't get response. Please check what's going on. I don't want you to charge for the next month. When you submitted your cancellation you received a confirmation that we received your cancellation with a ticket number. You can reply back to that confirmation to check on the status of your cancellation or ask any other questions you may have.
