If you are not actually running a CGI or PHP proxy, then you should be ok to host these with us. We only disallow proxys on Shared and Reseller plans, so its not really a matter of TOS with ThePlanet or ourselves, but the fact that proxys use huge amount of resources, with very little traffic. So I see no reason why you could not run a directory or list of these sites.

Directory like phpld is fine with hostgator here
