Just set up hosting with you guys and uploaded my backups through my cPanel. I can see my subdomain folders in my file manager, but when I type in the web address (subdomain.mydomain.net) I get the could not be found error. My domain is up, 2bornot2b.net, just not my subdomains. Do I need to set them up in the subdomain manager? Though I think that would mess things up cause I can see the files in my file manager.
Thanks. |

You have to add them individually via cpanel.

So adding them in the subdomain manager won't mess up what I uploaded?

To be safe, you should probably rename your current subdomain folders. Use something like foldername_old. I don't think they are overwritten by default, but it is best to err on the side of caution.
