Question How do I set up additional name servers?

I've added two additional IP's to the server and have created the name servers with my domain registrar. What steps do I do next? I'm assuming it's something to do with the DNS zones but I'm not familiar with these settings.

Here's what I want to accomplish:

ns1.site.com (123.456.78.912)
ns2.site.com (123.456.78.913)
^^^^^already have

ns1.newsite.com (123.456.80.456)
ns2.newsite.com (123.456.80.457)
^^^additional nameservers and IP's

The additional name servers are registered and the IP's have been added, I just don't know what configurations I need to make in WHM.

In the DNS Zone of site.com you must have A records for ns1 & ns2
and
In the DNS Zone of newsite.com you must have A records for ns1 & ns2.

And in WHM-> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup you should have ns1.newsite.com & ns2.newsite.com as Tertiary and Fourt nameservers.
