Anyways I just purchased a domain and decided to host in here

but i'm having trouble with the account verification

and how do I send a fax to

The locked status simply means that changes or transfers cannot be made. If you have access to the domain management you can unlock it to change the nameservers to the ones given with your HG account. You would need to contact the company you registered it with to determine how to manage the domain.

We cannot say for sure whether you can use the domain or not. You would have to contact the company you registered the domain with to find out if you can change the nameservers. If you can change the nameservers then you can use the domain with your account here. If you received information on how to access the domain management you should be able to log in and unlock the domain so that you can change the nameservers.

Ok I changed the nameservers from websiteempire to hostgator servers and now i'm verified

But now my domain name is chocovitanutriment.com instead of vitachoconutriment.com so I'm waiting on a response on that :-)

The domain is resolving for me but it looks like you added the two nameservers in your domain management rather than replaced the ones that were there. That will cause problems because the original nameservers do not point to the HG account. You should delete the two non-Hostgator nameservers. I see the directory when I go to your domain since there are no files uploaded.

I deleted the websitepalace servers from my nameservers

And in my HTML folder there's no welcome links from the gator package

You have to request to have SiteStudio if you wish to use it. You can see the forms to request it here.

You can also use programs such as DreamWeaver or other webdesign programs and upload the site into your public_html folder.
