Email hostgator, they should be able to email you with the key.

i have tried that a yesterday and today, i have had no replies
i went to chat support and i was told to email sales i did that too but no replies.

im not sure if thier email servers a working. so im in a sticky situation

Sometimes it takes them a while to reply.

I asked live chat a few weeks ago for a serial (as I lost the previous one). They emailed me a new one within a few minutes, plus a link to the download.

Sometimes I get replys to emails in minutes, others hours....... one time even days. At least when I got the reply it had what I needed.

thanks esl thats really unusual because 99% of the time they respond to emails quite quickly i guess this must be the 1% tec support down time.

if im not mistaken they usually use a ticket auto respond system, i have notice that there is none this time hhhhhmmm maybe some changes
