is your disk space and bandwidth based upon ACTUAL or ALLOCATED use.
Example: If I create 4 new accounts and set them up with 100mb disk space each, and they only use up 25mb each, have I actually used up 400mb of my space even if they do not use all the space in their individual accounts? |

Yes, you acutally use the 400 megs of space whether or not they use 25 combined.
