Positive disappointed! [resolved]

The first 4 months with Hostgator were great, I was very satisfied with my business plan. But the last months the quality of service is becoming worse, the access timings to my site are longer and I'm loosing users. I opened a ticket but no luck. I arrived here from Italy because the good reviews on the internet, but it seems that the hostgator quality is going down.

Utu,

I have responded to your ticket. I have reviewed the responses from the other administrators and technicians that have worked with you on this issue and feel that they have done as much as they could. However, from time to time there will be an influx of connections to a site or an attack on the server. As explained to you in the ticket response I have removed a user that was causing an issue.

I am going to watch this server and make sure that it stays stable and that we have removed all the abusive users so that you will have the same quality access that HostGator provides all customers with.

Also, The ticket is assigned to myself and if you need to speak with someone right away you can respond to the ticket and it will come straight to me so that we can get this resolved quickly for you.

Again I do apologize for the inconvenience in this matter and I understand your frustration. I assure you that we will do everything we can to restore your faith in HostGator.

I appreciate you letting me work with you on this and if you have any questions please let me know.
