Negative Disappointed with HG hosting and support

I’m a new HG user
04.09.2008 I CAN’T ACCESS MY SITE.
I chat with support and got an answer:

…” Rory S.: That can happen from time to time. There may have been work going on or a lot of traffic or a issue with someone else's site.”…

My traffic is ZERO ( it’s my new site ).
I just cancel my HG host, and very Disappointed with HG hosting and support.

I checked your ticket history and do not see any inquiries about this downtime. On shared hosting, there may be a high load on the server that you are on from time to time which may cause a short period of time where your site cannot be accessed. Unfortunately this is a reality on any shared hosting plan no matter what host you choose, however we have dedicated administrators watching loads on our shared/reseller servers 24/7/365 to catch problems before they happen and quickly fix them if there are any outages.

This usually clears up on newer servers very quickly as we locate the problematic accounts that are causing the loads and shut them down to avoid any long term problems.

Currently the server that you are on has a very low load and all sites on it are running very smoothly.
