Disable Anomymous FTP for certain packages

Hi folks,

Maybe someone can shed some light on how to disable Anonymous FTP for certain packages?? For instance I have two plans, a Basic and Free Trial and I want WHM when it sets up the plan to have Anonymous FTP disabled by default.
