Some constructive criticism

I looked at your site and I like the nice uncluttered layout. I did notice that your intro text about poor service, broken promises etc. and realised it was designed to make visitors think. To me the next sentence that said 'Welcome to Dirigo' made me think 'Do they offer this sort of service? Surely not!'

I would have some sort of lead in text that makes it obvious that Dirigo is exactly the opposite. Perhaps along the lines of 'having experienced all of these things before as customers ourselves we decided to be different'

Just my initial thoughts. What is obvious to us when we put things together doesn't always translate when people read them literally!

Good point, I was thinking the same thing as I reviewed my site layout, but got distracted and tended to some other issues instead.
