Diplomat Users

I'm a reseller on Diplomat and I'd like to extend an open apology to all users on Diplomat who may have been affected by a recent server outage that was caused by one of my client's scripts. HG support was quick to find it and kill the process and suspend the script, restoring the server. The problem script was replaced with a working copy from a backup of the site and should not pose further problems.

Again, I am sorry for the actions of this client and I assure you, they will be kept on a shorter leash to avoid any future issues.
