Hi,
I have a client with about 6 people in their office and everyone seems to get blocked from sending email at least once with authentication errors and an error claiming something about a dictionary attack. I understand that there is a monitor on the jetta server that watches for email abuse. The client claims they are only checking email and repsonding to wait comes in. How can I prevent them from being blocked? What is the trigger for this to avoid? It takes about and hour each time it comes up to clear the block. I cannot seem to get any detailed info from support. I've opened a ticket on this more than once. Feed back and ideas welcome. Mike

I received this from support. I'll have to have the client check for virus on their system.
