Designing website, what sort of thign do I need?

I am thinking of starting up as a reseller and have a reasonable knowledge of designing pages but am wondering if there is anything out there (the easier the better) that I can add to my current sites design that will allow me to take orders (via paypal) and then automatically generate my customers account and email them to tell them it has been done?

What are you guys using at the momment?

Most of the billing managers have a way for automatic setup after paypal payment has been made.
