Server Matrix is our provider for dedicated servers.
We provide management to a degree. Security updates and software updates on pre-loaded software is provided. Any problems stemming from a hardware malfunction will be fixed by us. We will also monitor the status of your server and restart services when required. What we will not do is make repairs needed due to user error or provide support or updates to software that you have added. In other words, if you were to install some 3rd party software application that crashes the box, we would not be responsible for this and would not be able to provide support without charging an additional fee. As for overselling, you are free to use your allocated resources however you see fit. -Justin
