Dedicated server review

When the dedicated server was installed there were some fatal errors. but with the support of hostgator we solved this problem in just minutes

I'd really like the chat support which is GREAT!! but when I email to support@hostgator.com I have to wait for a to long time before my question gets answered. In the last email I requested a script installation. I have no response yet.

Can you please PM me your ticket ID so I can take a look? I should be able to look at it and get you a response ASAP if you have not already heard back. We have had a larger than normal influx of tickets today so the response times are a bit higher. Thanks.
