Dedicated server question.

I am nowhere close to needing a dedicated server, but I am looking for growth in the future and would like to have a business plan of sorts. So I ask, what would the advantage be of getting a dedicated solution from HG as opposed to getting one directly from The Planet? I assume that HG would transfer all of my accounts off of their shared server and on to my dedicated server. I am interested to know what expenses that I would have that I may not be aware of which would be in excess of the cost of a server.

Yes we move your reseller account over and so on.
