Dedicated Review
So i've been with HG for about 6 months now. I started with the bottom package, then upgraded, then upgraded, then went with a dedicated. Each upgrade HG took care of everything and made it easy.
I've had a good experience with the support, both with the ticket system and in the live support. They are really quick to take care of problems, or just field a question when you need it. They also have people who know what they're talking about on the support team, so you don't get "We'll look into it" as a reply, but an actual explanation.
It seems that some people complain about the shared hosting, but what do you expect from having to share your server with a bunch of people? If you are serious about stability and security, then you have to go dedicated. With that, I've found HG is dedicated to being a great service at a really good price. They even offer a cheaper price than the datacenter they use (in my case, theplanet) 
Anyhoo, I've enjoyed my service thus-far. I would recommend HG to anyone looking at dedicated hosting at a good price.
