Hi
I'd like to see a separate support queue for dedicated customers. One where we could track the status of our tickets online and see a history of previous tickets. A private forum for dedicated customers would also be helpful. We have different issues and it would be nice to communicate with others in this manner. Lastly - I am personnally interested in offering virus and spam protection to my clients but it is very expensive if you are a small host. Having the ability to offer something like Postini would be really awesome. thx -Nina |

I agree, I would really love to see a ticket support system come to HostGator. That way, you won't end up asking the same question you asked in the past.
