Decline in support response time

Further to atavist's post http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?t=29503

I agree response time is quite slow lately. Max I used to wait was 2 hours, most times receiving a response within 30 mins (day or night). However now it's up to almost 5 to 10+ hours.

I hope this is only a temporary capacity issue and not the trend as HG support has always been industry leading.

Please provide a ticket number where you experienced this so we can look into this for you.
