Datacenter Network Issue
Hello,
We are experiencing a networking issue at this time which primarily effects our Dedicated servers located in datacenter H2. We are working with our datacenter at this time to get further information regarding the scope of this outage and will continue to update this forum post as we receive further information. Hello,
At this time services have been restored, however there may be a few outage related problems affecting a very small percent of the customers effected by this outage. Our datacenter is still investigating this issue and we are still resolving any issues which arise as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience. |

Hello,
We have final confirmation from our datacenter that this issue has been resolved and is no longer affecting any customers or services. The issue was resolved the datacenter at 4:29 AM CDT, We worked to ensure that there were no additional issues and it had been successfully resolved before claiming the issue was resolved.
