database problem or ??

i tried the online help, nobody was home ea time, i left an open msg on msn msg'er for about an hour and a half after those tries and its still open but ill try here. I installed Land down under. tried every which way but it wont connect to database??? i have used this program before. I installed a simple static index page and it loaded repeatedly for over 2 hours so i dont think its propagation. Its been loading ever since too. I installed with fantistico a siteframe program and it took but i can't navagate or sign in with name/pass, I just get cant find pages. I cant delete the program using fantistico either.... IM not going to fill up my site with stuff trying to get something to work but i dont have a site up. please respond here or the msn msg that is still open. thank you stalkingtigers.org

well, mabe it was a propogate problem? :roll: i got it working better now. hope you see this before you work on it..
