Database Errors

We're experiencing problems with database connections on SEOrefugee.com. The problems includes an inability to connect to cpanel as well. Is there a problem on the server?

You should contact Live Chat so that a tech can check it out. I am getting an error on your page and someone may need to restart the MySQL service.

@GvilleRick, it's a nice thought but all they did was dump me into the ticket system.

It's always best to open a ticket for server problems. Sometimes you will get lucky on Live Chat and get a tech with access to the servers who can then restart the service.

I just checked several other sites on the server and the ones that are database driven are returning similar errors so something does appear to be wrong server-wide.

Do you have a ticket ID I could look at for you? MySQL is running properly on the reva server and I'm unable to reproduce any problems with it currently. Please PM me the ticket number and I'll get this addressed if you're still having issues. Thanks.

I was having the exact same problem a couple weeks ago, and the live chat said that I was making it up. It happened twice for 5 minutes each time for two days then disappeared...

No, I'm on gator151, I got so flustered with the live chat I hit the red X and didnt bother with a transcript.

I received the same errors just now. For about 10 minutes it was down. Just came back up now.

My error logs show some of the problems. I had no problems connecting to cPanel, and the system said that everything was up and my db was fine... but still:
