Live chat support was good back when I first signed up. Now, they are not very knowledgeable. Most of the time, they need to contact the admin for help and then their favorite line is to tell you to submit trouble ticket which then take at least 5 hours for a response that asking for more information. Ticket support quality is deteriating also. The last AT&T email debacle took 3 days to clear up. Yesterday, our mail service was suddenly down most of the day with "Server 421 error...". Something to do with Exim (according to tech support) but it's down again today, same error. it's been 5 hours and no fix yet. We paid a little more for the semi-dedicated plan in hope of better performance, less problems. It was working great in the begining but we are starting to have more problems lately. Perhaps it's time to look for other providers again.

Could you please supply your Ticket# so we can see what is going on with this. I apologize you are having issues with your mail and our support but assure you that we can get this resolved. I understand how frustrating this might be and how important email is to a company. Thanks, Josh Loe |
