My experience with HostGator support is a pleasant one.
I appreciate the quick response and personal touch. I was faced with a problem outside hosting, yet, hostgator support staff stepped in and fixed it for me - no charge. Great personal support, thank you! I would also like to commend you on your ethics - a rare thing in this business. Hostgator is great! Please continue like this.
