Customer Support is instrumental in any business. Employees of any business who are at the front line of the Customer Support department can make a dramatic difference if their display of attitude and dedication, towards their work, and clients is a cut above the rest.
For every one customer that is happy you will gain others and for evey one you lose, you'll lose ones you could have got. A very simple concept to understand. That is why my suggestion is not necessarily for more features or added services but just improve on the ones already in place. Dont say you will or can do something that you cant and if you say you will or can DO IT. I'm sure that all that frequent this forum and people who are customers here are all relatively intelligent people. HG Dont insult our intelligence. |

Is there a particular reason you feel we're insulting your intelligence? I'm not sure I fully understand what you're getting at unless this is supposed to be part of a larger thread/picture?

I believe this refers to another post where the OP was complaining that the information on the Reseller Account page says that you will transfer accounts from the old host. Unfortunately the transfers did not go well. It might be worth adding the same disclaimer somewhere on the reseller page that is included on the form that is used to sign up for the transfers. That information (quoted below) does indicate that there are no guarantees.
