I agree, the service is great. Servers are a bit laggy though.
And the customer service, is like what most big firm companies are like. It's just their job, listen and reply with little enthusiasm and interests. but nonetheless, they do reply. What is anoying though is that they (like other large companies, like paypal etc) don't answer all your questions asked, or just read the first half of the email/question and skip the other half. Its troublesome when with your first email/ticket etc, you have all the information needed to explain what your query is, and yet they just skim through it and refer you to a link. |

Hello,
Do you have a ticket number I can refer to were only half of your question was answered? I'm actively correcting any one who does this and if they keep doing it we fire them. also regarding your "lag" your site loaded instantly for me? is this something that has always been going on? have you opened a ticket on it?
