Customer over a month

I've been here a little over a month, purchased hosting on the 7th of February. I was originally hosted by a 'FreeForum' host and they provide a service where you can upgrade hosting and get your forum transfered to a paid host, which is what I did.

About the first 2 weeks or so were horrible, my site was really slow and constantly down, but I can say that every time I submitted a ticket, I got a fair and accurate response telling me either what went wrong or what the problem was. You guys seemed to have a few problems with the server I'm on in that time which the problems are now resolved, I haven't had any of those problems (Downtime/Slowness etc.) for about the past 3 1/2 weeks or so.

Overall, the service has been very good, top-notch support here and minus the few problems my first 2 weeks or so I've seen excellent uptime ever since

No problem keep doing what you've been doing and you'll have a customer for the foreseeable future
