Current reseller, looking to move to Dedi
Alright... I have just a few questions:
Is it possible to purchase a low-end server while you still have an outstanding balance? And if so, could said order be placed on hold until you could pay for not just the outstanding balance, but also for the dedicated server?

Yes, if you have a past due invoice it could hold up your dedicated server order.
