Crons Trouble - Please Help Me

I love Hostgator btw!! Your support has always been fast and wonderful...and patient.

I set up my crons and I get this email message:

/bin/sh: line 1: /usr/bin/GET: Permission denied

Very well could be I set them up wrong...I don't know. Can someone help me??

Ahhh..support fixed my problem thank you!!!!!!!!! BTW>>>they fixed it within an hour, you guys rock!

I have been getting the same errors for a while now, what was done to fix this issue?

Some settings have to be changed on the server at root level. You need to contact support@hostgator.com to get this solved.
