I am trying to set up a cron for a php file, and when I read the forum, somewhere it said to use this /usr/bin/php /home/myusername/public_html/postcards/calendar/reminders/cron-emrem.php
but i keep getting this error /usr/bin/php: relocation error: /usr/local/ssl/lib/libssl.so.2: undefined symbol: EVP_md2 I have no idea what that means. Could someone explain this to me. Thank you |

This looks like a configuration problem. It could have a number of causes, but the most likely is that the build of the PHP CLI binary is not up to date with the shared libraries on your server.
So, either you are calling the wrong version of the PHP binary or PHP needs to be rebuilt on your hosting server. If, as you say, you have the correct path for the PHP binary, then this a technical support problem and not yours. It is most likely not a problem with you script unless you are invoking a secure socket function that is not supported on your server. --baqua |
