CRM suggestions needed

Time to add a CRM to the marketing options for one of our websites. The needs are for B2C, not B2B as most crm's target. Any suggestions from my fellow webmeisters.

CRM Desires

Simple CRM interface for B2C usage, don't need all the B2B company data, sales targeting, quotas, forecasting, etc

Ability to integrate with existing webforms (API), so that they maintain current functionality, while submitting client info to crm database

Automated marketing, ability to set up and automatically trigger a series of follow up emails (html) when clients submit a form

Email integration, so that replies are added to customer data in crm (ie Thunderbird plug-in or BCC import)

Ability to track newsletter responses

Mobile access, either an app (Android preferred) or a mobile orient web interface

Installed on our webserver preferred (online access) but SAAS is OK

I'm looking for a CRM solution that would pair users up with a support technician. I wouldn't want it to be random, since when a member signs up, they would be assigned to a technician who would handle their account for the rest of their membership. Any suggestions?
