Hello,
This is my first topic in hg forum and i hope it'll be useful , i would like to ask or discuss about The CPU usage when i ask the support about the unlimted storge , they told me that is a true but i think the only way to stop or susbend the site is the cpu usage What makes the cpu usage rises? and how to avoid this ? ![]() Thanks , and I am WatinG .. ![]() |

I think you would get a more useful discussion if you posted what it is you're thinking of doing, and asking people if they think it will work with shared hosting.
i.e., You'll need to be specific if you want useful info. |

There are some useful threads already out there. The basic things that you need to know is that a server is just a computer but designed for different functions then your home machine.
Apache, php, email(Courier/Exim), etc etc are all just programs we have installed on our computers. When you run one of these programs it will use CPU just like it does at home. As for avoiding rising CPU there is no best answer. Typically proper coding but without knowing your site I couldn't give more detail. You should know that very very few customers actually hit the CPU limit at all. |
