our company is a small website development company in africa
we are already customer with reseller account been around here and there, bluehost (a satisfied customer here but as they don't offer a reseller account...), rochenhost (found it a bit expensive and never felt the real advantage) ... we follow the blog of matt heaton, founder of bluehost and just read this http://www.mattheaton.com/?p=208 and was wondering how hostgator stack up in those regards as matt asserts that they are the only one in certain aspects providing those hosting features and i am wondering if it can be done (as bluehost have already done it) why can't my favorite hosting company do it so does hostgator provide any kind of cpu protection and if so, what are the details, where can we read more about it? thanks /gobezu |

bluehost allows cpu throttling, allow user to use more cpu resource when they need it. And they remove the cpu quato error message too.
for hostgator there is no cpu limit as bluehost previously, and the shared hosting does allow quit high usage, more than what vps can offering. seem like there is not being control or limited.
