cPanel x3 skin default

In my opinion the cPanel x3 skin should be default on HostGator since it opens up a lot of new features in cPanel, it also looks better and has video tutorials for the new users.

Not exactly.
A lot of people here would rather use the X skin and you can get Video Tutorial from HG.
But it would be nice to have a drop down menu so we can select which ones to use.

If you don't have it for your account, then you can ticket support and ask them to change it to x3

Yes, I requested it several months ago but in my opinion it should be default since I'm sure a lot of new users don't know that you can request.

I too like x3, the only downside I get is wth dialup. way too long of a wait IMO.

What's the big deal? I looked at the videos for the x3 skin at:

It's a little more user friendly looking, and there is evidently a direct link to videos.

But there doesn't seem to be much in the way of new feeeeatures.

I had them change it a couple days ago. It's way nicer and the new way of handling addon-domains (and subdomains) makes it definitely worth it. Now I just have to find time on the weekend to organize my addon-domains :-)
