I was updating a page through Cpanel and noticed that when I saved it then viewed it, found characters of “ within the text.
I have been editing sites like this for 10 years now and never had this issue. Nothing on the page coding as changed but the line I added but quotation marks showed as “. Granted I used " instead of html for " but never has been an issue in the last 10 years with page showing the " just fine. Did something change with the latest cpanel stable release? MY current version is 11.25.0-STABLE 43473. |

OK this is wierd.
On one line of saying who's who I get: Cambridge Who€™s Who Professional of the Year But on another line I get: Who's Who you may ask. Notice how the who's who shows differently? On one line with a book title in quotations I get: €œCrossing the Threshold into Totally Awesome Grace€ But on another line with quotations I get: "One step a Day" Both have quotation marks but both show differently, yet coded the same. Why is the coding being processed and shown differently if coded the same? Funny thing is, the original code on the original page still shows correctly.
