CPanel is definitely not working properly. I have tried to create a new test account for the last hour or so. Modifying quotas is not a problem account creation is.

Perhaps my fault Hostgator, not... It is becoming increasingly evident that while we have to come here every few and see what problems are afoot, when we do post on a problem that we have found it is largely ignored to a point. I can only stand ignorance as much as I can a person eating with their mouth open.
Support is a strut for a bridge and something that should not be used online. No-one that I know of can handle real support (not only you) it's just a term to be handed down through to telephone or mail receptionists. I for one will not used the term again on any website in case I find someone like me whom I apparently despise enough to not answer to. Nothing personal just an observed comment.
