Though not a direct suggestion to HG - I am thinking HG will have all the right contacts and means to get this done.

I would really appreciate a feature in cPanel that would allow me to terminate an account at a certain time.

eg: A client cancels his account half way through the month - though he has finished paying for the remainder of the month as well as the next month. I would like to terminate his account and set the action date to 1.5 months ahead so that I dont have to worry about it anymore.
Its such a simple and applicable feature, I really dont know why it isnt in yet.
