Why would this be? A buddy or mine in another location can get there, but whenever I try to go to CPanel I get a "cannot be displayed" error in IE and a "refused" error in FireFox. Has my IT dept blocked me from getting to this stuff somehow?

It looks like your company blocks access to the ports required for access to cPanel.
You can install cPanel Proxy get around this. This may not be what your company want though , so use at your own risk. Can you also take a look at this thread and provide the requested info. Thanks, Stef. |

Thanks Stef. Sure enough, just called my IT and had to have them punch a hole in the firewall for me.
