Hi, this is a question for the Sales...
i'm an old client here... and i'd like to switch to a yearly Aluminium account for my business needs... i hate to pay for montly fees, as i always forget to pay it.. so would it be possible to have a yearly on this?!.. and if yes, will i be able to have the Spring coupon rebate of 20% ??? ... that would push me to buy that yearly.. lol |

Aren't coupons only good for new clients though? I think when you go to checkout, if you choose "existing client" you won't get the coupon field.

I cant find the thread in question but this was asked before, the money off coupons are only for new customers and not for existing clients.

But if you just want to use a coupon for your existing account, then no, you arent able to. Just to clarify, the coupons are for new accounts not new customers. |

Actually that is wrong, I tried to do that myself some time back and was told that I could not do it and that the coupons were for new accounts/customers

Not sure why it didnt work for you. I never talked to anyone and added a reseller account along with my baby croc using the newyear coupon. It went through no problems and shortly after that, one of the gators said in the post linked above that it applied to new accounts not new customers.
Maybe they changed the rules between the time that you tried and when I did? |

Yes it could be they changed the rules, either that or I was incredibly unlucky
