Hello,

I am not sure about the rule about the coupon.

for exsample, I order the Hatchling 3 years plan , that means the total fee is 4.95/m *36m *80% = $142.56 .

And then, if I need to cancle the plan after 12 months, then I wonder how much will be refunded? How to caculate the fee of remain 24 months?

Anyone can tell me ? Thank you a lot!

I would think you would be refunded $95.04 which would be the amount for 24 months using your formula above.

If you want an official answer you might want to try using the live chat for sales. These forums are very helpful, but they are Peer Support Forums which means we are all just customers of HG and dont have the ability to give official answers to questions like the one you have.

Actually all that is referring to is the 45-day money back guarantee.

It has been talked about before, but if someone PRE-PAYS for 3 years, but after 1 year, they are not happy and want to leave, HG will pro-rate the rest of what has already been paid as a refund.

Again, what you have quoted is talking about the 45-day money back guarantee.
